With Rebecca Hannah @rebeccahannah_
December 4–6, 2026
Second Side Yoga | Dallas, Texas

Join Rebecca Hannah in Dallas for a weekend of flexibility, mobility, backbending, inversions, and creative movement designed to help you move with greater freedom, awareness, strength, and expression.

With over 15 years of teaching experience across more than 30 countries worldwide,

Rebecca has become known for her distinctive approach to flexibility training — blending yoga, mobility, strength work, dance, inversions, and creative movement into a method that feels intelligent, innovative, playful, and deeply connected to the body.

Designed to complement and deepen your yoga and movement practice, The Art of Flex-ability goes beyond simply achieving poses. It is about understanding your body, developing sustainable flexibility and mobility, and learning how to move in a way that feels strong, supported, expressive, and fluid rather than forced.

Rebecca developed flexibility as an adult rather than through gymnastics or dance training, which strongly shapes her teaching philosophy: flexibility should work with the body, not against it. Throughout the weekend, students will explore technical breakdowns, mobility drills, activation work, creative sequencing, partner exercises, and intelligent progressions designed to make flexibility training feel both effective and enjoyable.

These workshops are open to all levels and suitable for students and teachers from all movement backgrounds — whether your foundation is in yoga, Pilates, dance, aerial, fitness, martial arts, gymnastics, pole, or movement training.

About Rebecca

Rebecca was introduced to yoga through physical theatre and performance. As a performer she was initially attracted to the physical side of yoga and how it could be used as a tool for creative expression. After her 200h YTT in hatha followed by an additional 200 hours in ashtanga, she discovered a passion for creativity in different styles of movement disciplines. This interest was channelled into further trainings, including 200 hours of Yogic Arts with Duncan Wong (a fusion of martial arts, Thai massage and yoga), 50 hours Tripsichore Yoga Choreography, contortion, callisthenics, and circus arts. She has taught workshops, retreats and teacher trainings in over 25 different countries across four continents. This includes her signature training ‘The Art of Flex-ability’ which combines drills, assists, and transitions inspired by yoga, contortion, dance and Thai massage.

Rebecca’s intention as a teacher is to help students discover presence through play, teaching sequences that are fun, innovative, creative and smart. She believes in a strong focus on developing the strength to safely support flexibility, while using movement as a tool for mindfulness, communication, creativity and self-expression.

"Above and beyond! Smooth, professional and deeply knowledgeable, Rebecca understands body physiology and tailors her approach to each person. She knows just when to cue a release or deepen a stretch-always with a smile."

- Olga S, London

"After your lessions, I was able to finally do wheel pose without ain in my injured arm. For 15 years, I couldn’t even do a plank without pain. I am so proud of your work."

- Lulu, Italy

"Rebecca is an outstanding teacher. She gave great feedback and corrections. The class was very challenging for me, but she gave modifications that allowed everyone to work at their individual limits. I felt invigorated during and after the class, and am sure that practicing what I learned will help me achieve my goals"

- Tiger.movement-United States

"Rebecca is on a league of her own, not just as a practioner but as a teacher. She has so much empathy and intrinsic intelligence, sometimes I feel like she has bionic eyes. My backbend practice took a dive 2 yers ago due to an unforeseen circumstance. I count my lucky stars that I found Rebecca during that difficult period. Not only has she helped regain my spinal extension (which is still work in progress) but she has mentored me, cheered me, pushed me and motivated me during moments when all I wanted to was give up. The mental support and love you get from this incredible woman cannot be given justice with words. Love you me beautiful Rebecca and eternally grateful.”

- Marina, Jordan
