Second Side Yoga | Dallas, Texas
Ever wanted to “float” into a handstand instead of kicking up with momentum?
Pressing isn’t just an advanced skill - it’s a trainable system of compression, alignment, strength, and coordination.
In this 2-day intensive, I’ll break down how pressing actually works and how to start building toward it, even if you’re not there yet.
Over two 3-hour sessions, we’ll combine press foundations, handstand control, drills, and individualized feedback.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s holding you back and what to focus on next.
This Workshop Is For You If…
• You can kick up to a wall but struggle with consistency away from it
• You feel stuck in your handstand practice and don’t know what to adjust anymore
• You’re curious about press handstand but don’t know where to start
• You want to build strength, compression, and control-not just balance
• You enjoy technical, detail-oriented learning with personalized feedback
• You want clarity instead of more random drills
• You want to understand what’s holding you back and what to refine (like banana back, over-kicking, or collapsing patterns)
What to Expect
This is a focused, hands-on training experience.
Across two 3-hour sessions, we’ll combine guided breakdowns, structured drills, practice time, and individualized coaching.
Expect a mix of:
• Technique breakdowns
• Strength + compression work
• Wall and freestanding exploration
• Personalized corrections
• Time for questions and refinement
You won’t just be practicing- you’ll know what to refine and how to actually train it going forward.
