Jonas (foundation in Precision Vinyasa and Ashtanga) and Paula (Iyengar) combined have taught yoga for over 50 years to various groups of students and teachers.

What makes our training program unique is our practical approach while covering all necessities including yoga theory, ethics, anatomy, business. We also focus heavily on practice teaching and assisting/adjusting that prepares you thoroughly.

Upon completion, you will have confidence and knowledge to teach a class, deepened knowledge and renewed love for yoga.

While we feel we offer one of the most comprehensive programs and are committed to helping you where you want to go, our program is not for a faint of heart, only join us if you want the result.
