In either case, Ulrik's two-day workshop for All Level offers a rare chance to hone your skills and learn the most effective techniques for balancing on hands. THE INTERMEDIATE WORKSHOP:  BEYOND THE STRAIGHT LINE

Have been practicing handstands for some time but are at a loss as to what the next step should be? Is it a better alignment, a longer hold, or the ability to create intricate shapes that one desires? Or is it the elusive press handstand that one seeks to master? Ulrik's intermediate handstand workshop is tailor-made for those who can already hold a solid handstand for 15-20 seconds and are now poised to transition to an intermediate handbalancer. The comprehensive curriculum will encompass a gamut of topics aimed at improving one's balance, enabling a longer hold, facilitating the creation of shapes, and optimizing form to achieve a better and more consistent handstand. The workshop will also focus on the elusive press handstand, equipping attendees with the tools to master this coveted skill. Ones without a minimum solid 15-20 second handstand, All Level portion is a mandatory to be able to take this intermediate classes.

ABOUT ULRIK:


As a self-taught Norwegian handbalancer, I know firsthand the struggles of mastering this skill. In my early twenties, I was plagued with stiffness, laziness, and an acute fear of kicking up into a handstand. Yet, through sheer determination and an unwavering commitment to the craft, I persevered. Today, I stand as a seasoned handstand practitioner, having honed my skills over the past decade.

As a personal trainer since 2013, I have devoted my time to coaching and guiding others in the art of the handstand. My expertise in this field has been sought after worldwide, with workshops, one-on-one sessions, and online coaching. Over the years, I have had the privilege of witnessing the transformation of countless individuals, who, through my coaching, have achieved their handstand goals.
