Who knew one of the main reasons men avoid yoga, despite knowing of the many benefits, is the fear of looking foolish – especially in front of women! Not being very flexible is another reason (but that seems like a great reason to start doing yoga!).


With the encouragement of a doctor who recommends yoga to patients and numerous inquiries from guys wanting to start a yoga practice, I’ve created a men’s yoga class. It’s designed for all levels of yoga expertise.

The classes are structured to build on a foundation of elemental postures and then progress as one’s own ability. You can expect to increase flexibility, gain strength and endurance, as well as achieving a sense of well-being -- all accomplished in a supporting and safe environment.

Modifications are offered and adjustments given when necessary.

Just bring a towel and mat (if you don't have a mat, you can borrow one from the studio, no charge).


Classes begin October 4, 2019 at 11 a.m (saturday), then three classes weekly. Monday 6:00 PM, Wednesday 7:10 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM.
