Calisthenics Yoga: More emphasis on developing one's ability to use his/her own body weight to tone body and mind. More physically demanding than some other classes. Numerous arm balances and inversions may be introduced in the class setting.
Chiyasa Flow: Created by Chinook, the original founder of "Yoga Underground" is an amalgam of several physical and spiritual discipline including martial arts. Slower pace than Vinyasa power flow yet poses are profound and challenging with a bit of inspirational words from Chinook.
Yoga for Peak Performance: In “Yoga for Peak Performance”, Laura brings together a traditional class based on classical teachings. It is also adapted to meet the needs of the students so they may achieve their personal goals and objectives. It is a class for weekend warriors, corporate warriors and anyone wanting an uplifting, challenging and satisfying yoga experience. The class focuses on bringing balance and symmetry to the physical form, developing awareness of the breath and increasing mental focus and strength. No prior yoga experience is needed but a moderate fitness level is recommended.
Vinyasa Power Flow: Poses (asana) threated in a longer sequencing in Vinyasa Power Flow. Expect rigorous physical practice flowed by deep twisting and backbending to reset your body No one class is the same, always different.
Ashtanga Mysore/Open Practice: Mysore Style Ashtanga is a set series of asanas practiced by the student at one's own individual pace and assisted by a teacher, the way it is taught in Mysore, India by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois family. New students are instructed individually. In each lesson they are taught small portions of a sequence of poses. These portions grow daily according to the student’s capacity. When practiced in a consistent manner, the poses strengthen, purify and align the body, breath and mind. When the full initial sequence has been committed to memory, new poses are introduced, evolving the sequence in parallel with the student’s abilities. Mysore is a simple, effective and ancient style of learning yoga. No prior knowledge of the primary series is needed. All are welcome.

- No shoes to the wooden floor (leave them at the tiled floor at the entrance or in the cubbies)
